Michelle is licensed in both North and South Carolina, though she primarily focuses on the intricacies of South Carolina real estate. Her experience has proven beneficial in working with a variety of clients, from working with developers conducting large land “take downs” to handling the closing of the completed homes within the large subdivisions for the new buyers.

Michelle is heavily involved in the management and behind-the-scenes operation of the firm as well.

She is known to be a die-hard WVU fan and not above belting out “Take Me Home, Country Roads” when her Mountaineers are winning
