Raised in a small town in Missouri, William brings his mid-west charm and politeness to closings.  Licensed in both North and South Carolina, William has handled everything from zoning petitions to large commercial transactions.  William resides in South Park with his wife Emily and their two fun loving (and wild) boys, Noah and Brooks.  Every now and then he’s able to sneak in a round of golf.
