Raised in a small town in Missouri, William brings his mid-west charm and politeness to closings.  Licensed in both North and South Carolina, William has handled everything from zoning petitions to large commercial transactions.  In his spare time William coaches youth football and tries to convince his year-old son to cheer for the St. Louis Cardinals.
